Meet Dr. Salamon

Dr. Salamon is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has been in practice for over 8 years. Dr. Salamon trained at two of the top orthopaedic surgery programs in the nation. He completed his residency at the University of California, Davis, in Sacramento, California. He then completed additional specialty training in sports medicine and foot and ankle reconstruction at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.

Dr. Salamon is an expert in joint replacement surgery, sports medicine/arthroscopy, foot and ankle reconstruction, fracture care, and general orthopaedics. His other interests include hand surgery, knee and shoulder reconstruction/arthroscopy, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Dr. Salamon is the team orthopaecic surgeon for the University of Louisville men's Soccer team, one of the top programs in the nation.
