My Approach to Treating Patients
I believe all patients should be treated with respect and dignity. Every patient deserves the direct attention and examination of their physician, not just a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. As a solo practitioner, you can be sure you will receive my personal attention. I take all of my own call coverage for emergencies except when I am out of town. This assures you will get my expertise when you need it,instead of some other physician you've never met. All of our staff at Roberts Orthopaedic Clinic strive to make your visit as comfortable as possible. We work hard to limit waiting times to less than thirty minutes. We provide a clean, comfortable, and attractive office environment that is both professional and functional. We strive to provide you with the personal touch, from the minute you arrive,to the time you spend with the doctor,to the time you receive your instructions and settle your financial obligations. Our staff will assist you in filing insurance claims. We will keep in close contact with your attorney if you are represented by one. We specialize in the needs of patients who have been injured in auto accidents and have pending litigation. We understand your medical needs come first, but we will also work closely with your attorney to provide needed legal information. We want to provide you with a clear alternative to the "factory assembly line" approach of large specialty groups. Your time is valuable and your orthopedic problem is important to us. We hope to give both the attention you deserve.
