Medical insurance plans and payment options

We are limited in the number of Medicare and Medicaid patients we accept.

We do not see Federal Worker's Compensation patients.

We do not accept Tricare coverage.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

Payment is expected at the time of the visit unless previous arrangements have been made.

We do bill insurance but we require that deductible amounts and co-pays are paid at the time of service.

We do bill first party auto insurance with verification of coverage / claim prior to visit.
