Our receptionists greet patients, schedule appointments, answer telephones, and record new insurance information for our patients.

Business Manager
Kim is a Registered Nurse and is responsible for the overall Business Management of KAYAL ORTHOPAEDIC CENTER, P.C. She is the primary contact when dealing with outside vendors as well.

Medical Secretary
Darlene manages the "out desk", schedules appointments, answers telephones, takes new insurance information, and authorizes and schedules testing for our patients. Darlene also schedules physician lunches and lectures for the doctors. She also is responsible for the billing of our daily office visits. Finally, Darlene manages public relations for the practice.

X-Ray Technician
Our X-Ray technicians escort patients to their examination room and to/from the x-ray suite. They also perform x-rays at the request of the examining physician. Wes also serves as the Bone Density Technician for our office.

Medical Coder
Our Coder is responsible for the billing of surgical procedures and emergency room/hospital consultations. She also works in the Billing Department.

Scanner, Independent Medical Examinations (IME's)
Marianna is responsible for the HIPPA Compliant Scanning of all medical documents and records. Marianna arranges depositions, court dates, and Independent Medical Examinations (IME's) for our office.
