Robert A. Kayal, M.D., F.A.A.O.S. is a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) and, in fact, Dr. Kayal performed the first ever unicompartmental (partial) knee replacement at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ through this approach. In addition, he now performs this procedure at The Hackensack University Medical Center located in Hackensack, NJ.

Furthermore, Dr. Kayal treats a myriad of common Orthopaedic ailments such as neck and back pain, shoulder and elbow pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, herniated discs, pinched nerves, sciatica, fractures, bursitis, tendonitis, arthritis, sprains and strains, sports injuries, knee, hip, and ankle pain, and bunions just to name a few. Robert A. Kayal, M.D., F.A.A.O.S. specializes in Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Trauma, Total and Partial Joint Replacements through a Minimally Invasive Approach, and both Conservative and Surgical Management of Spine Disorders.

Please make note that for the convenience of our patients, this office now offers SATURDAY appointments. In addition, we will be welcoming WALK-INS AND EMERGENCY VISITS on Saturdays to care for any of your orthopaedic injuries. We hope that this is helpful to you.
