Medical insurance plans and payment options
We accept most insurance plans and Workers Compensation. Please contact our office for details about the types of insurance plans that we accept.
You may reach the office by dialing (540) 372-6737. We also offer email as a convenience for our patients for NON-URGENT qustions regarding payment options. The email address for our billing office is cvosm.billing@gmail.com.
Emails will be checked daily with replies to be given by the end of the following business day. Unfortunately the privacy of emails, while important to us, cannot be guaranteed. We thank you for your patience.
In general, payment is expected at the time of service. Of course this is in concert with our insurance participation contracts. In certain situations alternative plans can be arranged. If you have questions about payment, please feel free to call or email our staff during office hours.
