Welcome to the web site of David M. Montgomery, MD, FACS. I created this web site to familiarize you with my orthopaedic practice, dedicated staff, and the services we provide. I am a board certified orthopedic surgeon. I devote my entire practice to the surgical and non-surgical treatment of the spine. My spine practice encompasses the entire spectrum of spine surgery. I have many years of experience with microsurgery, minimally invasive surgery, complex spinal deformities, primary and revision reconstructive procedures, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, fractures, herniated discs, and artificial disc replacement. William Beaumont hospital is a major tertiary referral center and I have performed many thousands of spine operations in over nineteen years of practice.
