Other staff in my practice

No orthopaedic surgeon practices without the support of a caring and professional team, and I am certainly no exception! I am pleased to introduce you to my highly trained and eager treatment team that makes everything possible. Together, we are committed to providing the best possible orthopaedic care to our rapidly growing patient family.

My staff is committed to giving you the best customer service possible. Each member of my staff is a professional with experience in working in a physician's practice. My staff and I work as a team for you - we are all here to answer any types of questions you may have. Here is a list of my staff, along with their titles:

Aimee Cousins - Practice Manager. Aimee has been my practice manager since we began the practice in January 2000.

Alia Braaten - Nurse. Alia has been working alongside me Since April 2001.

Debbie Kettering - Patient Care Coordinator. Debbie has been with me since September 2000. Debbie will greet you when you check in and helps facilitate Workers Compensation visits.

Merrilee Runyon - Patient Care Coordinator. Merrilee has been here since I opened in January 2000. Merrilee is happy to assist each patient that walks through our door with a friendly smile and gentle demeanor.

Wendy Woodbridge - Medical Receptionist. Wendy has been with our practice since August 2002. Wendy's welcoming smile and ability to make you feel welcome is something you won't soon forget. She is happy to arrange an appointment that works best for you and help to guide you through the registration process.

Denise VanDeVeire - Medical Assistant. Denise has been with our practice since May 2008. Denise comes with a wealth of orthopedic knowledge and experience.

Linda Coello - Clinical Assistant and Billing Coordinator. Linda has been with the practice since May 2008. Linda is talented in both areas of patient care and administration. She is a warm and caring presence in our office and loves working with our patients.

When you enter our practice, one of our patient care coordinators will personally greet you. They will gather your pertinent information and let our other clinical team members know that you are here for your appointment. When you leave the reception area and come to one of the examination rooms, one of my clinical assistants will visit with you to gather information regarding the reason for your visit. They will talk with you about how you sustained your injury, what other physicians you may have seen because of your injury, and what your thoughts are regarding the injury. Once they have gathered that information, I will come into the room and personally meet with you and determine the best plan of care for you to get you back to the quality of life that you desire.

Should you any have general questions, or specific questions regarding insurance and billing, Aimee Cousins, my Practice Manager, is available to speak with you.
