Achievements
Dr. Halbrecht has a special interest in biomechanics and has performed research at the Harrington Arthitis Research Foundation in Phoenix and at the University of Colorado in conjunction with the Departments of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Her work has been presented at national meetings, She has several publications in nationally recognized orthoapedic journals. She is on the Editorial Advisory Board of the journal "Orthopaedic Technology Today". Dr. Halbrecht has served as an Associate Master Instructor of the Arthoscopy Association of North America at their surgeon's teaching facility in Chicago. She is also Chairman of the Arthroscopy Association's Ethics and Standards Committee.
