Other staff in my practice
Tammy, my receptionist, will greet you, take your insurance information and give you a patient information packet to expedite your appointment. You will then meet Amy, my medical assistant, who will start your medical work-up. Dean, my licensed radiologic technologist, will perform any standard X-Rays you require. Laura, my insurance specialist, can assist with any questions you may have concerning your insurance claim or bill. If you need any additional out-patient procedures or tests, the office staff will help you schedule those. Also, if pre-certifications are necessary, they will contact your insurance provider for authorization.
