AndreaInsurance and Billing Coordinator
Andrea has been with our group since 1988. She has vast experience in Insurance claims processing and assisting patients getting their claims paid correctly. She is a medical assistant. She prides herself in helping the patient in anyway possible. Her direct number is 615-264-2600 ext 14. She is a devoted wife since 1980, mother and grandmother. She was raised in Germany. She moved here in 1977 and became a USA citizen in 1988 and we are proud to have her as a member of our staff.
Nancy
Scheduler / Phone Operator / Backup Receptionist
Nancy joined our staff in 2005. She schedules most of our physician office appointments, tests and surgeries. She answers a majority of our phone calls. Her direct number is 615-264-2600 ext 10. You may also see her as a receptionist traveling with Dr. Fogolin in Gallatin. She has been married since 1973, the mother of three daughters and nana of four wonderful grandchildren.
Sandra
X-Ray Technician / Physician's Assistant
Sandra re-joined our practice in 2001. She works at both offices taking xrays, removing casts, splints, dressing, sutures as well as many many other duties. She prides herself each day in doing the best job possible. She is a very proud wife, mother and grandmother.
Christy
Dr. Fogolin's Receptionist
When Christy joined our practice she had already been in orthopedics for over 10 years. Her direct phone number is 615-264-2600 ext 11. She primarily works in the Hendersonville office but travels and assists Dr. Fogolin in Portland in the front and back office. Her priority is patient care so you will find her always willing to help. She is happily married and a devoted mother and stepmother. We are very pleased she has joined our staff!
Pamela Wyman
Office Administrator
Pamela's goal is quality healthcare with high patient satisfaction. She has thirty plus years experience in management, in this orthopaedic practice since 1984. She is a Medical Assistant and is a "Limited" X-Ray Technican. She will do her best to answer the most commonly asked orthopedic questions. If you have a problem, she wants to hear about it. She simply likes people and thats what makes this career so interesting for her. She has the opportunity to work with patients as well as employees, venders and the community. She wants to be thought of someone who can usually be seen smilling and "mean it". She is a loyal friend and devoted family person.
